Life Care

Where Care Comes To You.

Life Care brings health services to patients in their own homes. We believe every patient deserves access to quality health care, regardless of age or income level.

What We Do

We meet patients where they are. Our RNs and providers visit patients at home and meet them right where they live. We use the latest technology and internet access to provide remote telehealth visits, while the RNs assist patients to make sure there are no issues in getting the care they need.

Yes. Absolutely. Life Care advocates for a collaborative approach to medicine. Any information Life Care’s nurses or remote patient monitoring equipment collects will be shared with your doctor almost immediately.
